1. Where do you ship from and where to?

I ship worldwide from France. Delivery varies depending on your location and can take from 3 business days (FR) to several weeks outside EU.

Different countries may experience delays depending on their own postal services.

2. What payment method can I use ?

Both card payments through Stripe and checkout with Paypal are accepted now.

3. Do orders come with tracking ?

All orders are shipped as tracked mail* via the french national postal service (La Poste). It is the default shipping option and insures international orders don't get lost. You'll receive your tracking number by mail once your order has shipped.

In-stock items ship on the next Wednesday after your order was placed.

*Lettre suivie internationale pour l'étranger/Lettre suivie ou colissimo pour la France ou pays d'Europe proches.

4. Do prints come flat or rolled up ?

To ensure prints get to you in their best condition and at the lower cost to you, they're all sent flat with proper packaging. Note that the biggest formats will probably not fit in your mail box, hence why a phone number is required when placing your order.

5. When will pre-orders ship ?

Pre-orders ship once the whole manufacturing/shipping process is complete. This process starts once preorders close and takes around two week to a month at the moment, depending on product. I always stay in touch via newsletter to show you how production/shipping is going.

6. How long will the shop be open ?

I'm planning to have the shop open undefinitely. It'll go under maintenance from time to time to adjust stocks or add new items.

7.Return policy ?

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns of shipped items. Though I'm not responsable for any damage occuring during shipping, please use the contact form or reach out on my socials if anything arrives broken or unusable so it can be replaced.
